Optimization of the Placement and Size of Photovoltaic Source

This paper presents a new optimization study of the placement and size photovoltaic source (PVS) in distribution grid, based on annual records meteorological parameters (irradiance, temperature). Based recorded data, production output as well daily average power (24-h vector) PVS is extracted over year. When vector available, it can be used an input when searching for optimal PVS. allows to take into account constraint variation generated by this considering consumed electrical loads during whole day. A multi-objective fitness function has been considered. The latter minimizes active losses maximizes voltage stability index day, while constraints system, that is, security, technical, geographical, constraints. problem was solved using Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm NSGA-II technique under MATLAB 2021. It applied network Ghardaïa 59 nodes.
